Mini Series: The Butterfly Series

Camera for the weekend, and some simple black makeup testing.

Presenting: The Butterfly Series

as similar as these two are, I promise you, they are two different photographs.

The Butterfly;

Originally, I played with the dark makeup to try and see if I would look like Bill Kaulitz. I look decently similar, eyes-wise. However, I look pretty creepy.

I played with contrast and color levels.

I've become creative again, especially in photography.

I currently take a Photo 1 class at FVHS, and at first I did not like it, because it was new. The dark room used to frustrate me, but now, it has become my home. I love the dark room and being in control of the exposure of my film onto print paper. I am very in love with black and white photography as well, and have since then perfected my prints with each new assignment. I have learned to capture sharpness and contrast and concepts.

I will try and scan some of my print photography to post on here.

For now, here are new photos:

In these photos: Me

In this photo: family friend's son

Also, if anyone knows me well enough, Disneyland and of course, all things Disney lie in my heart and soul.

On another note, I am planning to make a series, but with print photography instead of digital. Going with the black and white option, the theme and concept will most definitely be dark and twisty. I'm also inspired by a story called #815 by BrokenMirror, based on a forbidden love between a mental murderer and a police officer. I hope I can bring this out.
